FAQS
IS A DEPOSIT REQUIRED?
Yes, we require a 50% non refundable deposit. If you were to cancel, you will not be refunded this deposit as it is nonrefundable. However, if you don’t cancel, this amount will be applied to the total balance on your order. If you need to cancel, a new contract and deposit will be required.
WILL THERE BE A CONTRACT IN PLACE?
Yes, all clients are required to read and sign our contract in acknowledgement of understanding.
ORDER MODIFICATIONS
We are able to honor minor changes and/or substitutions to any order, but
Please note, you may NOT make any changes and/or modifications to your order 10 calendar day prior to your event.
DELIVERY, PICKUP & TAXES
Delivery, pickup fee and taxes are separate and are not included in individual rental item price
Deliveries are made the day before or the day of your event. We then pick up the same day or the day after your event.
BEFORE/AFTER HOUR DELIVERIES & PICKUPS
Any order requiring before and/or after hour delivery and/or pick up will be assessed a fee of $50.00+.
MULTIPLE DAY RENTALS
All of our rentals are for 24 hours.
Our rentals can be booked for longer in desired. Additional rental days can be booked at a discounted rate.
OTHER FEES
CLEANING FEE: All rental items already include a cleaning fee. There is no additional fee added to the order.
*Any item that is returned excessively dirty will be assessed an EXCESSIVELY DIRTY ITEM CLEANING FEE.
CAN RENTAL ITEMS BE PICKED UP BY CLIENT?
Unfortunately, pickup on behalf of client is not an option due to security reasons.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE’S BAD WEATHER?
Please be prepared to have set-up under canopy tent or inside. We do not refund any deposit given, rain or shine. If you need to cancel, a new contract and deposit will be required.
